Terms of sale
1. Products
The Change Forge sells digital guides in PDF format. Each guide is delivered as a file to download after payment. No physical product is shipped.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by PayPal. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and collected as required by law in your location.
3. License
When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read, store, and print it for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, republish, or upload the file, or create derivative products from it. Sharing a file with others is a breach of these terms.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made by email after PayPal confirms your payment. It usually arrives within a few minutes. If you don't receive the file within 24 hours after payment, check your spam folder and then contact info@thechangeforge.com with your order details.
5. Content and health information
The guides are for education only. They are not medical, dental, or professional advice and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a licensed professional. Before buying any product mentioned in a guide or starting a new routine, consult your dentist, physician, or other qualified professional. The Change Forge is not affiliated with any product or brand named in its guides.
6. Intellectual property
All text, layouts, cover designs, and images are owned by The Change Forge or used with permission. The name "The Change Forge" and related marks are our property.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Change Forge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the guides. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
8. Governing law

Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your guide. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the guide does not match its description or cannot be opened because of a technical problem we can't fix.
To request a refund, email info@thechangeforge.com with your order details and the reason. Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method once the request is approved. Refunds are not available after 14 days, or for guides shared or resold in violation of the license.

Privacy policy
What we collect
When you buy a guide, PayPal collects your payment details and shares with us your name, email address, and the purchase information needed to deliver your guide. When you sign up for the free checklist, we collect your email address.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver your purchase, answer support requests, and, if you opt in, send guides and updates about The Change Forge. We don't sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use PayPal for payments and Brevo for email delivery and newsletters. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to function, plus those set by PayPal and our email provider during checkout and signup.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To make a request, email info@thechangeforge.com.
